While no safeguards can be considered 100% secure, we have adopted stringent measures to safeguard your information and have adopted industry standard security measures.

We retain your personal information as needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and will thereafter take steps to delete, destroy or anonymise your personal information as required by applicable laws.

 

What Choices Do I Have Regarding My Personal Information?

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights with respect to your personal information including rights of access and rectification. 

Please be advised that Greentec acts as a data processor/service provider with respect to our business clients’ data (including personal information held by our clients) on behalf of clients under the terms of our services agreement. Such personal information is under the control of our client and not under the control of Greentec. If you make a request regarding your personal information that is under the control of our business client, we will direct such request to our client and will assist our client to respond to your request in accordance with our agreement with them. 

For personal information we directly collect, you have the right to ask that your personal information be corrected, to access the personal information we have about you, and to withdraw your consent to our further collection, use and disclosure of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual restrictions. You may also have other rights such as deletion/erasure and the right to request and obtain your personal data in a structured, commonly used format,

 

Electronic Marketing

In compliance with CASL, all commercial electronic messages sent by us will include an unsubscribe mechanism, allowing you to opt out of future communications. Unsubscribe requests will be processed promptly, and in any event, within 10 business days.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website after such changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised privacy policy.
