We’re Hiring a Sales and Marketing Coordinator
We are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Your knack for project management and keen eye for detail combined with your background in either customer service, marketing or sales make you the ideal candidate.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the coordinating of marketing projects, sales opportunities and activities to support the success our sales team.
You will be responsible for assisting the sales team with research, clerical and administrative support. Your primary function will focus on coordinating and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks including but not limited to: coordinating conferences, sales meetings, appointments, leads, travel, completing reports, proposals, quotes and agreements.
This position may be suited for you if you have:
2 – 3 years’ experience in a successful marketing, inside sales or customer service role
Good understanding of sales process, including opportunity development, qualification and closing
College Diploma, University Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Outstanding computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM)
Excellent writing and communication skills

We’re Hiring an Inside Sales Associate
We are currently looking for candidates who are wanting to advance their careers by joining our sales team in Cambridge, Ontario. We are committed to investing in your future by training you in sales and professional skills that will serve you at Greentec and beyond. Depending on performance, our inside sales associates are promoted to account executives within 18 months.
You will be responsible for supporting the sales efforts of your team including sourcing, establishing, and building relationships with corporate executives and company owners over the phone and by e-mail.
You will be responsible for researching and identifying new client opportunities, presenting our services to prospects and clients to increase awareness of our brand, using our CRM to track and map client accounts and working to drive adoption and usage of our services.
This position may be a good fit for you, if you:
have superior verbal and written communication skills and sound great on the phone.
have prior success introducing your company to key decision makers in client firms.
You excel at conversation, rapport building and scheduling meetings and calls
You have excellent listening and questioning skills, are equally comfortable calling existing accounts and potential new accounts, and are confident, articulate and motivated to achieve mutually agreed upon goals.
Experience calling and getting through to senior executives and company owners is helpful but not required. You should have prior income of at least $60,000.
Knowledge of technology, business services, consultative selling, or waste and recycling is helpful but not required. We offer a competitive sales compensation plan including base salary, commissions and benefits.

If you have experience in an outside sales role, with prior success selling business services to senior executives of companies and/or institutions in a competitive environment, this opportunity could be a good fit.
You excel at finding and closing new business, have excellent listening and questioning skills, easily build strong relationships and are confident, articulate and motivated to achieve mutually agreed upon goals.
